Frequently asked questions

What does one screening cost?

A screening costs all-in around €4,000, though this can vary depending on circumstances and multi-screening commitments. As a non-profit foundation we charge a fair fee — not for profit, but to keep the initiative sustainable and free for residents.

Who handles what?

We handle the full production behind the scenes — film, tech, logistics, communications. You carry the neighbourhood: local ambassadors, community partners and the venue. Together we make a night residents will talk about.

How quickly can we start?

From signing to first screening we budget 6–8 weeks. Faster is possible in special cases, but neighbourhood promotion needs at least that long for real reach.

What locations work?

A green spot in the neighbourhood with power within 50 metres and room for 50+ visitors. Parks, squares and courtyards all work. We visit in person to confirm the location.
